Abstract

Facial anatomy is wildly impressive and quite consequential to our everyday life. A third year medical student reflects on encounters with surgeons and patients intimately familiar with facial plastic surgery and how these experiences highlighted the importance of support following facial trauma and surgical reconstruction.
